American Resort Development Association (ARDA) reports: According to the 2019 State of the Vacation Timeshare Industry, United States Study, the weighted average maintenance fee charged per interval or interval equivalent was $1,000 in 2018. The average maintenance fee varies by size ranging to $1,290 per interval for 3+ bedroom units. (We know what inflation has been since 2018 but this is the most credible and timely data we can find.)

Private units rarely come on the market in Treetop Village. When they do, they typically sell in a few days.
